  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept cash and major credit cards including Visa, Master and American Express. Once your booking is confirmed, you may pay upon Check-in. We do not accept checks including personal and traveller's checks.
  • I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?
    A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Do you have food outlets?
    Palm Cafe is our signature cafe serving international cuisines. The Living Lounge at the lobby serves coffee, jucies and selection of bakery items.
  • We have children. Can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?
    All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional older children or adults are charged USD 30 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. We suggest our Family Suite if you have more than one child. Family Suites have two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and have plenty of space for your family.
  • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
    You will receive a confirmation email from reservations@wynehotel.com. Please check your spam in case our confirmation email ends up there.
  • How can I modify or cancel my booking?
    Please email reservations@wynehotel.com for modifying or cancelling your booking. If you prefer, call us at +95 01 966 9607.
  • When are Check-in and Check-out time?
    Check-in time is 3:00p and Check-out time is 12:00p.
